Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course materials after purchase?

On-demand 5G courses are accessible immediately following purchase. Each course will have a different access period ranging from 3-6 months on average. You can continue to access the Mpirical learning platform after your course licence expires; however, you won’t be able to view any course content or learning tools unless you are a paid customer. You may, however, download the course reference document during your access period to keep indefinitely.

What exactly is included in the purchase price?

If you purchase an on-demand 5G training course you will gain access to the full set of videos associated with the course, a test of understanding, a detailed reference document and a certificate of achievement on completion. You also benefit from automatic access to our ‘Ask the Trainer’ feature and get 1 month access to our acclaimed network visualisation tool, NetX.*

*NetX is not included with the Mini Telecoms MBA course or partner training.

Is offline access available for course materials?

Offline access is not currently available. You must use a connected device to access your 5G course and learning tools. However, course PDFs and reference documents are downloadable.

Which courses are best suited for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners?

Our 5G courses are designed to support learners at every stage of the learning journey. If you’re just getting started, we recommend our 5G courses for beginners​, such as our Introduction to 5G course, which focus on core concepts and practical foundations. If you already have some experience, our intermediate 5G courses help you deepen your skills and apply them in real-world scenarios, for example, our 5G Network Slicing course. Is certification provided after completing a 5G network training course?

Yes, all our 5G courses include a certification upon completion. Our 5G certification courses are suitable for telecom professionals, teams and enterprises worldwide who wish to deepen their knowledge of 5G and receive an official certificate.

If you are ordering live sessions for a team or enterprise, our team will provide an invoice.

Can I switch between online and onsite 5G training if I change my preference?

If you have purchased a course as an individual, you are only able to access this on-demand. If you have purchased 5G corporate training for a team or enterprise, you may speak to our client solutions team to enquire about the change of delivery.

Are there live training options, either onsite or online, for 5G?

Yes, all 5G courses can be delivered live, typically for teams and enterprises of 10+. For single-course delivery at your location or online, contact enquiries@mpirical.com.

We also offer monthly Live Open Sessions as part of the Unlimited Access Package or for £95, covering topics including 5G.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts for multiple enrollments?

Are the virtual labs included, or are they an add-on?

NetXlabs is not included with our 5G courses. However, you can purchase it separately here.

Do you offer any trial or preview of the courses before purchase?

We do not offer previews of all our courses; however, we do offer a free trial, which provides a sample of our most popular course, Introduction to 5G.

What are the prerequisites (if any) for different skill-level courses?

Prerequisites differ depending on the course you are looking at. Please refer to the downloadable course flyer to find this information.

How is progress tracked? Can I pause and resume whenever I like?

Your progress through a course is tracked by our powerful learning platform. You can pause at any point and jump back in where you left off later.

Are course updates included in the access period?

Yes, you will get automatic updates to courses if they are changed during your access period.
