How long do I have access to the course materials after purchase?
On-demand courses are accessible immediately following purchase. Each course will have a different access period ranging from 3-6 months on average. You can continue to access the Mpirical learning platform after your course licence expires; however, you won’t be able to view any course content or learning tools unless you are a paid customer. You may, however, download the course reference document during your access period to keep indefinitely.
What exactly is included in the purchase price?
If you purchase an on-demand course you will gain access to the full set of videos associated with the course, a test of understanding, a detailed reference document and a certificate of achievement on completion. You also benefit from automatic access to our ‘Ask the Trainer’ feature and get 1 month access to our acclaimed network visualisation tool, NetX.*
*NetX is not included with the Mini Telecoms MBA course or partner training.
Is offline access available for course materials?
Offline access is not currently available. You must use a connected device to access the course and learning tools. However, course pdfs and reference documents are downloadable.
Which courses are best suited for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners?
Our courses are designed to support learners at every stage of the learning journey. If you’re just getting started, we recommend beginning with our introductory courses, which focus on core concepts and practical foundations. If you already have some experience, our intermediate courses help you deepen your skills and apply them in real-world scenarios. For those with significant prior knowledge, our advanced courses provide specialised training and complex projects to refine expertise.
Is technical support available during a course?
All students benefit from automatic access to our ‘Ask the Trainer’ feature with an on-demand course purchase. This allows you to ask technical questions about the course content for one of our expert trainers to help with.
Our learning platform also offers a Help Desk, where you can get help with any technical issues you face when accessing the course or platform.
Can I switch between online and onsite training if I change my preference?
If you have purchased a course as an individual, you are only able to access this on-demand. If you have purchased a course for a team or enterprise, you may speak to one of our client solutions team to enquire about the change of delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can purchase our courses online using credit/debit card, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. You can also use PayPal and Google Pay.
If you are ordering live sessions for a team or enterprise, our team will provide an invoice.
