Course Details

This course discusses the main concepts behind 5G V2X technology and example V2X use cases. It identifies how 5G V2X supports the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and interworks with existing technologies, such as ITS-G5 and ITS-DSRC. In so doing, 5G V2X authorization and provisioning, VAE (Vehicle Application Enabler) Registration and V2X operation over both the NR-PC5 and NR-Uu interfaces are discussed.
