How long do I have access to the course materials after purchase?

Our on-demand 4G courses are accessible immediately following purchase. Each course has a different access period, offering between 3 and 12 months of access. You can continue to access the Mpirical learning platform after your course licence expires; however, you won’t be able to view any 4G course content or learning tools unless you are a paid customer. You may, however, download the course reference document during your access period to keep indefinitely.

Is offline access available for course materials?

Offline access is not currently available. You must use an online device to access your 4G course and learning tools. However, course PDFs and reference documents are downloadable.

Which courses are best suited for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners?

If you’re just getting started, we recommend beginning with our introductory courses, such as our Introduction to LTE course. These beginner 4G courses focus on core concepts and practical foundations. For those with significant prior knowledge, our advanced courses provide specialised training and complex projects to refine expertise. Do I need prior knowledge before taking a course?

You do not need prior knowledge for all our courses, however for some of our more advanced courses we may suggest prerequisites. Check the course flyers to find this information.

What delivery formats are available?

Most of our 4G content is available as on-demand video training as well as delivered live onsite or online. However some courses are only delivered live and some only on-demand. Check each course page to ensure delivery is in the format you’re looking for.

What topics are covered in your 4G training courses?

We cover a wide variety of 4G topics including LTE system architecture, analyzing the EPC, LTE Protocols, carrier aggregation, LTE-Advanced, VoLTE and VoWi-Fi, NB-IoT, LTE-M, and mission-critical services.

How is the training kept up to date?

We regularly review our courses in line with 3GPP specifications and update the content where appropriate. However, LTE is a mature technology so there tends to be less focus on this area in the very latest 3GPP specifications.

Do your 4G LTE courses provide certification?

Yes, all our 4G courses include a certification upon completion. In addition, our courses can help you earn CPD points. Our 4G training is suitable for telecom professionals, teams and enterprises across the globe looking to enhance their knowledge of 4G LTE networks and receive an official certificate.

Can I trial the 4G training before purchasing?

We do not offer previews of our 4G courses. However, we do offer a free trial, which provides access to a range of sample courses and products, including NetX.

Can 4G training be customised for my team?

Yes, for live training we can customise training and for on-demand we can create a custom selection of courses or videos based on your needs. Speak to a member of our sales team to discuss options for your team.

How do I enrol on a 4G course or request a quote for custom 4G training?

To enrol on a course, you must first either purchase the 4G course or purchase one of our packages, for example, our Unlimited Access Package, our 4G package, or a specific 4G learning pathway, such as 4G Foundation. Once you have purchased, you will be given access to our learning platform where you can enrol on the course.
