ProSe Direct Communication Proximity Services Direct Communication

ProSe Direct Communication is direct UE-to-UE (User Equipment) communication enabled by ProSe (Proximity Services), specified in TS 23.303, allowing devices in proximity to exchange data over a sidelink interface without routing traffic through the network infrastructure, underpinning off-network mission critical operation and relay scenarios.
