The GMS (Group Management Server) is a mission critical service function, defined in TS 23.280, that manages group-related information, including group membership, group identities and group service configuration, for use by MCPTT, MCVideo and MCData services, supporting both pre-arranged and dynamically created ad-hoc groups.
