A Floor Participant is an MCPTT (Mission Critical Push-to-Talk) user taking part in a floor-controlled session who may request, hold or release permission to transmit, as defined by the floor control procedures in TS 23.379, interacting with the Floor Control Server (FCS) via floor request and floor release procedures.
