An introduction to the Time for Change report
In an age characterized by ever-increasing demands on our time and attention, the ability to effectively manage time has come to the forefront as a critical component of professional success and personal development.
Previous studies have consistently underscored the direct correlation between time management and academic achievement (Nasrullah & Khan, 2015; Cyril, 2014, Ahmady S., et al); however, there is little research done into the world of professional training, upskilling and development.
With professionals grappling with the challenges posed by the modern information age and juggling the seemingly endless demands of work and home life, understanding the effect of time management and its implications for learning outcomes has never been more relevant.
Aiming to prove just how important this component is, we’re delving into the intricate relationship between time management strategies and learning success, seeking to understand the multi-layered impact these strategies have on individuals’ educational journeys as well as the approach and psychological impetus to pursue learning opportunities.
This study will also set out to examine the strategies and practices that can empower learners to optimise their time, ultimately propelling them towards greater achievement and fulfilment in their educational pursuits.
