Course Details

This course is designed to provide an end-to-end view of MVNO operations, both from a commercial and technical perspective. The course starts with a consideration of the overall MVNO ecosystem, discussing key terminology and operational models. Commercial models are then discussed, with specific focus on MVNO services. Architectural considerations are then explained, with specific focus on the core architectures of 4G LTE and 5G NR, outlining where MVNO core network elements can integrate into the existing MNO network. Subscriber management is then explored, with focus on SIMs and eSIMs, before then moving on to operational aspects of a device’s network activity, again, from the perspective of an MVNO Operation. The course concludes with an overview of billing and remediation.
This course is available as part of a package or for individual purchase. View purchase options to learn more.
