5G Telecom Security hands-on course TS-501
Course Details
This three-day training session, TS-501, is designed to equip security and telecom professionals with a deep understanding of the key concepts of 5G, its security aspects, architecture implementation, and related risks. Prerequisites include a solid knowledge of 4G architectures (LTE & EPC), basic understanding of telecom and network principles (2G, 3G, OSI network layers, and telecom technologies), proficiency in Wireshark, and internet access. Attendees will have access to the presenter's slides via the Intralinks Web platform for one year. The training covers topics such as 5G architecture, security components, RAN, UE, NR Radio access, authentication, encryption, and the impact of new 5G protocols. It also delves into 5G core, service-based architecture, NFV, 5G slicing, and security testing, concluding with hands-on exercises and closing remarks.
Training Format:
- Online Delivery: P1 Security courses are designed for seamless online learning. Participants can access pre-recorded lectures and course materials through a secure online platform.
- Hands-on Practice: Participants will have access to P1 Cyber Range, allowing them to engage in practical exercises for real-world application.
