The content of our products and services relate to training only and do not construe advice that you may employ in process of other activities. Through the result of you using our services you must be aware that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
On a regular basis we will add to, and improve our products and services. We may update, add, or amend products without prior notice. We do this to make our products and services as good as they can be. We are keen suggestions and feedback and if appropriate will act on these.
Enrolment and Payment
LearningZone subscriptions are referred to as “Enrolments”.
A valid credit card is required for payment.
The Service is billed in advance with access to the service being for 6 months, unless otherwise stated and is determined by your initial enrolment date.
Where enrolment plans are automatically renewed, unless customers pre-emptively deactivate their enrolment, payments will be taken on the allotted date. Deactivation if appropriate can be done from their Account page.
All enrolment fees exclude all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties and taxes.
Cancellation and Deactivation
If the products and services you are enrolled in automatically repeat then you can cancel or deactivate them. If you deactivate your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your cancellation will be effective on the day the next cycle is set to start. In the meantime, you will retain access to our Service.
Mpirical has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account.
If for some reason you’re not satisfied with our services, or find that it fails to meet your learning needs, we will gladly refund your payment. However, if you have completed more than 10% of a course, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
If for some reason we view that you have not used our products and service properly we have the right to terminate your account.
If you decide you no longer want to use our products, you can terminate your agreement at any time by asking for your account to be destroyed.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. For instance, the Service may temporarily be disabled for occasional maintenance.
Prices of all Services, are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Promotions and Vouchers
We reserve the right at any time to modify, change or discontinue promotions, vouchers and discounts with or without notice.

We provide our products and services to you and you use of the Service is at your sole risk.
We provide Technical support paying account holders, it is only available via email and is only provided in English.
You need to be aware that we uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary various resources that make up our products and services. Decisions made by these companies are beyond our control to some extent and where this happens any impact on our service cannot be rendered liable to us.
You are not to modify, adapt, or hack our products and service. You can’t modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with our websites, products or services.
We operate a fair usage policy if your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by us) of our other users and customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or throttle your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.
We do not warrant that:
- the service will meet your specific requirements.
- the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.
- any errors in the Service will be corrected.
If we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service it does not constitute or imply a waiver of such terms. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and are governed by UK law.
