About Levels

Technical Learning Levels

Level 1 - ideal for those not of a technical persuasion but who are involved in business and strategic decision making that impacts on the network.

Level 2 - first and second line support engineers who need an end-to-end systems appreciation to fulfil their primary role.

Level 3 - second and third line support engineers who need to build on their detailed systems knowledge and look further into the messages and procedures.

Level 4 - design and in-depth trouble shooting engineers who need to know about the bits and bytes.

Commercial and Strategic Learning Levels
