Expenses
Expenses, where incurred, would include flights, hotel, subsistence and other travel related expenses. All expenses will be charged at cost, without the addition of a handling fee. Travel shall be BA business class or equivalent and accommodation in international business class hotels. Mpirical will submit scanned receipts for airfares and hotel bills and other significant expenses larger than UK£ 100 per item on request. Receipts for other smaller expenses, where such receipts have been obtained, will be available for inspection at the consultant offices. Within these parameters expenses shall be kept as low as can reasonably expected in the context.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice dates.
Payments must be made by direct bank transfer or banker's draft. Payment of all invoices must be made in full without withholding taxes or similar deductions. If any local taxes are payable, these will have to be paid for separately by the customer in addition to the invoiced amount. For the avoidance of doubt: fees quoted are net of taxes, apart from VAT where applicable, and all invoices must be paid in full.
Cancellation Terms
Mpirical Dedicated Courses
The Purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to Mpirical in the event that a course is cancelled for whatever reason without providing at least thirty (30) business days' written notice prior to the scheduled start of the course:
- Cancellation outside of 30 business days – no charge.
- Cancellation within 30 business days - %100 of the fee.
Motorola Mobility Scheduled Training Courses
The Purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to Mpirical in the event that a course is cancelled for whatever reason without providing at least ten (10) business days' written notice prior to the scheduled start of the course.
- Cancellation outside of 10 business days – no charge.
- Cancellation within 10 business days - %100 of the fee.
If Mpirical cancels an event for which you have prepaid, we will refund the price you paid. We are not liable for any other costs.
