The Mobile Internet Protocol provides a set of extensions to the Internet protocol standards defined by the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force). Its focus is to allow user to register on Foreign networks and connect back to their Home network via a combination of FA (Foreign Agent) and HA (Home Agent).
