TAP3 (Transferred Account Procedure v3) & Billing Issues - 2 hours
This module examines the latest TAP standard from the GSM Association enabling operates to exchange billing information on roamed subscribers. This includes an explanation into the methodology used to determine tarrifing information in addition to discussing both retail and wholesale billing. Using various examples, the composition of a bill is explained as the subscriber moves between different networks and uses different services such as SMS (Short Message Service).
